Microsoft Umumkan Aplikasi Office Mobile 2010 Versi Beta
Setelah mulai merambah bisnis software mobile, sudah bisa diperkirakan sebelumnya kalau Microsoft dalam hal ini mengusung misi untuk membuat versi mobile sebagian besar atau bahkan keseluruhan software buatannya menjadi software mobile. Hal ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari begitu pesatnya perkembangan teknologi mobile ahir-akhir ini yang mengharuskan Microsoft untuk lebih peduli.
Berkaitan dengan itu, pihak Microsoft baru saja mengumumkan kehadiran aplikasi Office Mobile 2010. Meskipun baru versi betanya, tapi yang pasti software mobile ini memang diperuntukkan sebagai tandem sistem operasi Windows Mobile 6.5 yang telah ada sebelumnya.
Office Mobile 2010 sendiri meliputi dukungan SharePoint Workspace Mobile 2010 terbarunya (layanan berbasis cloud) beserta versi mobile untuk aplikasi Word, Excel, PowerPoint, dan OneNote. Dengan adanya software mobile tersebut, para pengguna tidak perlu repot-repot lagi mengaplikasikannya tanpa menggunakan perangkat komputer sekalipun.
